The short version
Honest Blackjack does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no servers of our own.
What stays on your device
Your hand history, statistics, Daily Shoe results, settings and completed-shoe records are stored only on your device using Apple's on-device storage. Deleting the app deletes them. We have no access to this data.
Purchases
The one-time full unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center and choose to use it, Daily Shoe scores and achievements are submitted to Apple's Game Center leaderboards under your Game Center profile. This is optional, handled by Apple, and governed by Apple's Game Center terms. The app works fully without Game Center.
Notifications
If you opt in, the app schedules one local daily reminder on your device. No notification data leaves the device and you can turn it off at any time in Settings.
Children
The app is a simulated card game with virtual chips that have no real-world value. It is rated 17+ on the App Store because of its simulated-gambling theme and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Because the app collects nothing, we do not expect it to.
